PREORDER FORMS

Preorder Policy: Please note that preorders are not guaranteed. Due to allocation limitations from our distributors, we typically do not receive final confirmation of quantities until just a few days before release. For this reason, we do not require payment up front. We will always do our best to fulfill as many orders as possible, prioritizing at least one item per person before fulfilling multiple item requests. While preordering through Dragon’s Hoard is not a guarantee, we are committed to doing everything we can to fulfill your request. Prices listed on this form are guaranteed—we will always honor the listed preorder price.

Preorder Hold Policy: All preorders will be held for a maximum of 5 days from the product’s official release date or the earliest date our store is allowed to release (e.g., Prereleases). We will not attempt to contact you if the product is not picked up within this timeframe, and the product will be released to the next person in line. Exception: If you cannot pick up your item(s) within 5 days, please let us know your estimated pick-up date on the form. In this situation, you will be asked to prepay for your product to hold beyond 5 days. We will reach out for payment once we confirm your allocation.
