Malifaux Tournament
Come out and try the new edition of Malifaux, a weird west skirmish miniature game that uses a deck of cards to simulate combat between fae, fiend, fanatic, and firebrand. Whether you have played in the past, or have flirted with the idea; now is the time to jump in. The new rules and model cards are freely available on the Wyrd games website and 4th edition app.
You will need a way to easily refer to your model cards either by printing them out or having them on a charged device. The strategies and schemes are listed for each round below.
The tournament will be at Dragon’s Hoard in Greensboro NC:

Doors open 10 on Saturday November 22nd. Round one will start at 10:30
Games are 50ss using the most recent Malifaux 4th edition rules. Crews are constructed as normal, but players must stay within the same faction the whole event.
Round 1: 10:30 - 1:15. Deployment: Corner. Strategy: Informants. Schemes: Frame Job; Make it Look Like an Accident; Grave Robbing.
Round 2: 2:00 - 4:45. Deployment: Standard. Strategy: Recover Evidence. Schemes: Scout the Rooftops; Breakthrough; Search the Area
Round 3: 5:00 - 7:45. Deployment: Flank. Strategy: Plant Explosives. Schemes: Assassinate; Take the Highground; Reshape the Land

Prizes will be given to first place, second place, iron scorpius (the player with the highest placing who played a different master each round), and "hard to kill" (the player who had the closest losses).
